CPPP is a nonpartisan, nonprofit research organization committed to improving public policies and private practices to better the economic and social conditions of low- and moderate-income Texans. Their annual fund-raiser is the "Legacy Luncheon." This year's event honored Bernard Rapoport, an insurance mogul and lifelong philanthropist, with the keynote address delivered by President Bill Clinton. The campaign included an invitation, letterhead, save-the-date postcard and program.
